I’m Heidi, a Warrior of Love for purpose-driven founders and pleasure-seekers hungry to unlock their potential and unleash their vitality. I’ve been called an alchemist who injects magic into the mundane and a rainmaker for those who thirst for something more. It’s my mission, gift, and joy to craft experiences that connect, nourish, and awe.

After 14 years on the frontlines heightened my activism around sustainable agriculture, I sold Life Alive to the founder of Panera Bread to ensure its expansion. I then built a permaculture farm and test kitchen, before designing and launching Hearth Food Garden, a revolutionary 15,000 sq. ft. food hall weaving together local food, quick-service, and fine dining, to enable the masses to mingle with one another again.
An activist at heart, a hippie in a world of suits, a curvaceous goddess of plenty among pin-striped bankers and developers, I’ve seen first hand—again and again—that passion and love lead to greater performance and lasting impact.
I relish collaborating with my clients holistically to manifest whole-life success beyond the spreadsheet or boardroom. Working together, we balance passion with presence, courage with discernment, and innovation with time-tested practices. It is an honor and pleasure to share my hard-earned knowledge and life-long interests to help other visionaries achieve their dreams.

With over 25 years of successful social entrepreneurship in hospitality — the toughest of industries —I truly understand what it feels like to face powerful adversaries, hit a plateau, and be consumed by the daily operations that sap your creativity. I’ve lost myself in the whirlwind of rapid growth and succumbed to toxic forces by letting my enthusiasm override my instincts.
